The medieval backdrop of Toronto’s iconic Hart House lends the perfect setting for the mid-century modern designs that inspire this shoot. I had the opportunity to team up with some of the top vendors in this industry for this style shoot. Lynzie Kent, from Love by Lynzie was the brain child behind this creative vision
Model Alexandra Crenian is wearing a Crop Top and a Lace Cape. This was Jennifer Dang from Ferre Sposa way of creating a glam medieval style.
To compliment this risque crop dress, May wanted to create a sultry, sexy yet sophisticated look . She went for the classic and mostly recommended look " smokey eyes "
On Alexandra's Face
Foundation : Kett Airbrush Foundation and Contour
Cheeks : Too Faced Blush in How Deep is Your Love Blush , Contour in benefits Hoola
Brows : Anastasia Brow Dip in Medium Brown
Eyes : Tarte Tartelette Amazonian Clay in Browns and Black . Black Khol Liner from L'oreal, Volumious Mascara from L'Oreal
We decided to pull her up and back because :
1. Alexandra is gorgeous and I didn't want to cover up her pretty face.
2. I wanted to show off her gorgeous earrings provided by Luvyt.
Here is Alexanxdra rockin her second dress from Ferre Sposa . We kept her makeup the same but to keep it fun and flirty, we decided to take her hair down in loose curls.
Below are some photos from the shoot.
"From the gorgeous colour palette to the incredible stationery artwork by Ferris Wheel Press, we think our “Mid-Century Meets Medieval” Style Shoot combines the chic, classic yet versatile look we’ll be seeing in 2016. Of course, we wouldn’t be able to bring you this fabulous shoot without the help of our talented friends at 5ive15ifteen Photo Company onsite to capture all of the stunning details." - Krystal Knopf from Event Source
